Built From Backyard Fires and Cajun Flavor
Our journey started the way many good Southern stories do — in the backyard. Grills fired up. Cast iron heating over open flame. Recipes passed down, tweaked, argued over, and perfected. We wanted a seasoning that could stand up to bold meats, fresh seafood, and long cooks — something that didn’t hide behind salt, but worked with real ingredients.
So we built it ourselves.
Every blend we make is inspired by Louisiana flavor, Texas attitude, and the belief that good food should taste honest, balanced, and full of character.
